Offer

A clear offer for workplace operations support.

This page is the commercial shape of the practice. It explains how Andrian Pronin can be engaged, what you receive, and what sits outside the work. It is not an invoice and not a binding engagement. Work starts only after a written proposal is confirmed by both sides.

Prepared for organizations that want their workplace to run with clear ownership, a visible rhythm, and standards people can follow. The underlying services are described on the services page.

Three ways to engage

Advisory brief

A short, written look at how the workplace currently runs and what to settle first. It suits teams who need a clear picture before they commit to a longer piece of work.

The brief draws on a discovery conversation and the material you choose to share. You receive a note that describes the current rhythm, the main gaps, and a suggested starting service. An advisory brief does not lock you into further work.

Operating engagement

Design and installation of a working rhythm. This is the usual home for an operating model, daily coordination, partner oversight, space rules, and a playbook — combined only where they belong together.

You receive the documents named in the proposal and a walkthrough with the people who will keep them. If a period of live coordination is included, the proposal states how long that period is and how the handover works at the end of it.

Change coordination

Operational support through a move, restack, consolidation, or reopening. The offer covers timeline, communication, the day-of run of show, and an agreed stabilization window.

It does not cover construction management, technical design, or the supply of furniture. Those stay with the specialists you appoint. The coordination is there so the operational decisions are not left to the week of the move.

How fees are set

Fees depend on the workplace, the number of locations in scope, the service selected, and the length of support. They are stated in a written proposal after discovery, before work begins. This website does not advertise a flat price, because two offices with the same service name can require a different amount of work.

You can decline the proposal with no obligation. There is no automatic retainer and no charge for reading this page or sending an enquiry. If a discovery conversation itself needs a fee, that is said before the conversation is booked.

Outside this offer

To keep the engagement honest, the following are not part of Andrian Pronin’s workplace operations services:

  • Building works, mechanical engineering, and fit-out contracting.
  • Supply or sale of furniture and equipment.
  • Employment or supply of reception, cleaning, or security staff.
  • Legal, tax, employment, or immigration advice.
  • Software implementation and surveillance of employees.

Where a workplace needs one of those, we will say so and leave it with the appropriate specialist. Partner oversight can still sit beside vendors you already use.

How to proceed

Send a note through the contact page or to info@globalstratconnct.com. Say which shape sounds closest, or say that you are unsure. We reply with questions, then a discovery conversation if there is a fit, then a written proposal.

Accepting the proposal is a written confirmation of that scope. Website terms govern use of this site. They do not replace the proposal. Read the engagement path if you want the sequence in more detail, or the FAQ if a specific question is in the way.

A proposal should be specific to the floor you have.

Tell us the workplace, the people involved, and what you want to feel different. We will answer whether we can help.
